I’ll admit, I’ve been eating a little (
or a lot) terribly this past week and I may have gained 3 pounds in the process BUT today’s workout has definitely given me a taste of my own medicine. ‘X2 Total Body’ & ‘X2 Ab Ripper’ - two fat shredding, muscle building workouts that made me regret ever having fallen off the wagon. It’s workouts like these that help me realize my ultimate body goals and how succumbing to food temptations will only reverse the effect of the hard work and effort I put into these P90X2 workouts. I could hardly lift myself up during the chin ups and the ‘Crunchy Lever Pull Ups’ were an absolute joke. I couldn’t even do one. But that didn’t stop me. No. Not even close. It’s helping me realize how much greater I can become after these 90 days. Here’s to realizing your goals today. I think I’m gonna go for a run now.
